I began our homeschool journey September of 2020.  I felt a nudge from the Lord to homeschool our children, but I was hesitant because I didn't think I could do it.  Our two oldest children were doing school virtually because of Covid.  Our oldest daughter was struggling and falling behind in her work.   Finally one day the Lord said to me, "look what you're putting her through all because you're afraid to try homeschooling."  My heart sank at that moment.  I sat down and called my husband at work and told him I believed the Lord wanted me to pull our daughter out of school and start homeschooling.  He said he trusted me and agreed to do whatever I believed the Lord was instructing me to do.  So, the next day I withdrew our daughter and thus our homeschool journey began.  The next year I withdrew our second daughter, and began homeschooling both daughters along with their younger brothers as the became old enough.

It hasn't been easy, but as our school motto says: "We're walking each chapter of life by faith."  We are strong believers of 2 Corinthians 5:7 which says, "For we walk by faith, not by sight."
